Decluttering and Organizing ~ Breathe Easier


Whether it's one room or more, we'll tackle the clutter together. Free of distractions, we'll work side by side staying focused, motivated, and on track. And even have a little fun! Part declutter coach, organizer, cheer leader and a compassionate partner, I will listen and respect both your space and style of working - always within a judgement-free zone. The process of purging means you are making a series of decisions over and over. Do I love it, do I need it, why do I need it, does it fit, is it my style, is it truly serving me any longer, why can't I let go, etc. This can be emotionally exhausting and difficult to accomplish by yourself. Working together as a team will accelerate that decision-making process faster and easier. And you always have the final say in what to keep or what to let go!

As we work together, keep in mind that your one-too-many may be someone else's only.


Once the decluttering process is complete, we will then work on organizing what remains to maximize your space and increase efficiencies.

This service includes:

- sorting items to donate, sell, recycle, trash, keep

- delivery and drop of off items to be recycled and/or donated to the appropriate locations such as local donation centers, food pantries, and other non-profit organizations in need

- coordinating any pick-ups of donations as needed

- organizing items that you choose to remain in your space in an efficient manner

In keeping with our philosophy of being kind to the environment, we place a high priority on recycling, re-purposing and donating as much as possible, and do our best to minimize waste so it does not end up in a landfill.

Ongoing Maintenance is critical for keeping the clutter and the resulting feelings of overwhelm at bay.

We offer weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly regularly scheduled sessions to help you maintain your new found sense of order and to keep you organized.

Simply Simplify will facilitate and manage the complete online process from soup to nuts. We always do a free consultation to assess your items to determine what the best option would be for you and how we can maximize revenue. This extra income can help defray some of your expensive moving, storage and clean out costs. Why pay thousands of dollars to move it, store it, or have it hauled away, when we can convert your items into cash? After all, one person's clutter is another person's treasure. Whether it's new furniture, old vintage items, household and garden items, tools, unique collectibles, you name it - our buyers are thrilled to discover perfectly good items with lots of life left in them!

This selling service includes:

- cataloguing

- photographing and measuring items

- product and pricing research as needed

- posting items on multiple social media sites and/or online auction site

- ongoing marketing

- updating and editing postings on a regular basis

- continually monitoring and communicating with potential buyers

- coordinating pick up schedule

- managing pick ups post auction

Virtual Coaching and Organizing

This is a great and convenient option for those who may have limited time to work together in person, or who may live out of the area, but still have the need for supportive guidance in tackling the clutter. We will work with you wherever you are located, whether in state or out. Remote sessions will be held via FaceTime or Zoom.


Benefits include more flexible scheduling, including day, evening, or weekends. You also have the ability to work at your own pace in between sessions to complete your "homework." If you are committed to the decluttering process and goal oriented, but in need of accountability, creative solutions, and useful suggestions from a positive coach, then our virtual services would make sense for you!

Our general service area includes Greater Boston as well as the North Shore of Boston and the Essex County region including Amesbury, Newburyport, Newbury, West Newbury, Byfield, Boxford, Georgetown, Groveland, Haverhill, Topsfield, Ipswich, Essex, Hamilton, Wenham, Andover, North Andover, southern New Hampshire and the New Hampshire Seacoast.
